Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Products (if applicable)
Products can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
